nope, I contacted Hostgator support (as suggested here) and they told me they have whitelisted the mod_sec rule, but still does not work.

For now, I’ve replaced the form by ww.wp.xz.cn comments form via Jetpack plugin and here the login with FB or Twitter works perfectly: http://blog.moroccoherps.com/

But now the comment form don’t display correctly in Internet Explorer! LOL
