hi, to get the current user id you just need to

$user_id = apply_filter('determine_current_user', true);

That will get you the id of the user related to the sent token

You have to deactivate photon, that solves the problem for now. In order to do it yo have to go to jetpack panel and go to the photon widget click on More info and then the Deactivate button will appear.
