I cant see any constrictive cretinism here from alextovey ‘s comment. The only thing I see, is just to spoil the success of the plugin. Is so unfair.

you need to get the premium paid version in order to get a working plugin with all features, that’s what the developer decided to do.
I join my voices to yours guys, removing the header and footer is a serious matter, as many people had their JS codes in these sections. this is a serious issue needs to be revised. Thanks
