Yes, you are right.
I removed the command to Endurance Page Cache in htaccess & also renamed the files in wp-content>mu-plugins.
The bad requests have gone & my GT metrix rating is higher.

Ok, so I disabled W3 & Hummingbird & ran a Test.
However, there is no change on GT Metrix.
I had deleted Revolution slider just yesterday.
How do I fix it?
