I tried that and it didn’t work.

Here’s the content of the CSV file:

review_content,review_score,date,product_id,display_name,email,order_id
test import,5,4/2/2023 15:30:05,1739,Alex,[email protected],

By the way, I got the pro version and have opened a case with support. Don’t want you guys to have 2 people working on the same problem, just in case that’s a possibility.

I’ll update this thread with a solution if/when I get one in the meantime.

That is not correct.

The page (a regular page) is redirecting to an attachment page. Please read through my original post.

What you’re describing is not what’s happening at all in this case.
