How can I remove old database things out, so as to install a new wp database on my pc?

In IE9 its working all good. But not on Chrome as mentioned above in second post.
What you can do is try experimenting by placing the code, working out yourself is only the solution I can give you.
Sorry but I got the answer for it.
What happened was while installing MySQL, here was a crash that made it installation error. Which then caused unable to find it error.
Thanks anyways, lol, I am kidding.
I am struck at here.
When all this information is filled out and then clicked next to move further,
it says an error,
that localhost couldn’t be found.
What should be done now?
I want to install wp over my computer and not over a host site.
