I cleared our Pantheon cache, our Autoptimize cache, and my browser cache. Still no appearance. 🙁

Hi Ninjas,
We just upgraded to v4.9.6 and we still do not see the folder pane on the edit media page. It is also not available in the additional screen options.
Is there some step I am missing to activate it?
Oh, I found it 4.9.5.
Just to make sure I get the correct version, what is the exact version number with the update?
