    Also steve, there is another issues which is coming up-

    I am seeing this error on wp dashboard

    once i do the above steps should i speak to my host (godaddy) and ask them why is it happening.

    Actually steve, the resolution which you are suggesting is something I already did. But then again this issue will arise. I dont know why is this happening, as this issue comes intermittently and I followed above solution, then again same thing.
