I’m sorry for all the replies… I’ve been attempting to troubleshoot. I figured out the SMTP piece and I’m not receiving submissions. Yay!
When testing the user’s emails, I’m not receiving a submission confirmation. I see that there is no email notification set up for this, but I’m not sure how to do so since the email setup requires a recipient. In this case, it would be whoever submitted the email, so how do I do that?

@wpmudev-support9 , also want to add that I just did a test submission to one of my other email addresses and received nothing as a user.

My WordPress emails are coming through just fine and my settings for the Admin Notifications were already set up correctly. I don’t know much about setting up an SMTP, so I’m having a hard time following the guide you sent me. What can I do next?

I am seeing a similar issue and just downloaded the WP Mail Logging plugin, so we’ll see.
However, here’s what’s happening for me specifically: all submissions are coming into the Submissions page no problem, but I am not being notified of these new submissions. I am also not sure there are any notifications going to the users upon submission.
