So you give everybody else the codes they need but when I ask for it, you say you can’t help. I understand the plugin is free but the plugin is supposed to mimic Divi’s contact form.
All of my concerns are visible because the GF contact form doesn’t look like the standard Divi form. The standard form has the button to the left. The standard form doesn’t have the white spaces.

Basically, I own a domain but had a company create a custom wordpress theme and they locked me out of the backend, which is why I cant use the normal backup plugins.
They did provide me with a backup which is the files in public_html.
I plan to switch sites to a new host and want to re-upload my site design and content but have been testing it on a sub-domain of another site but can’t seem to get it right.
The current site is on WordPress 3.5.1.
Hope this made things a bit clearer.
