I
1. log in to WP
2. go to pages
3. click on a page (Bold pagename)
4. click on ex. text field or picture
5. follow the blue/light blue symbols in the top left corner – up to row level

In that position its only make changes when changing padding and margins when you do the changes for “Desktop” view. Not in tablet or mobil view.

It seems as you have the possibility to make padding and margin changes (editing) in both desktop view, tablet view and in mobil view.

Of cause you need to set your view to tablet or mobil at the button left to the update button in the top row of your screen picture.

Well – I now its a bit complicated to explain – but I dont KNOW if it is in the editor or on the front end. I guess that it is in the editor 🙂
