Actually, I am working on a website for class and was looking for a simple plugin to use to embed a PDF with form inputs which yours clearly does not have the capability of doing.

This plugin is a JOKE. There is a free plugin that does all of this and has input function. I did not make a fake post, I am simply warning WordPress users to not ruin their sites/waste their money with your semi-functional pdf “embedder”.
Also, I love your logo. Where did you get it exactly? Trademarks’R’US? I’ll let you know what Adobe thinks when they see it.
