I thought it was related to Downloadable products, but the address does not get transferred to Paypal with physical products as well.

User doesn’t receive a mail when he registers, or when he gets approved, but the admin of the site gets an email that the user is registered.This seems like a bug in the plugin, not in the mail configuration, since emails are being sent to the admin.
