  • Hi,

I’ve been trying to get fancybox to work correctly since 1.62. With every update, I keep having to back it out. I am using WPRocket for minification. When In 1.7 or 1.8, the image titles are defaulting to (inside or outside?) (rounded borders) and are the navigation buttons are missing. I’ve tried the settings in 1.8 (including 999 priority) and when I test in a private window, I get the same results.

Looks like this is a theme specific issue. Cannot reproduce in storefront.

We’re still dead in the water here. Using default themes, a bare minimum of plugins, the latest version of show attributes and woo commerce, no attributes are appearing on the cart/checkout pages.

We’re using global attributes, default cart.php template.

Don’t know why this plugin is not showing the attributes for us. Could use some direction. Again, it worked for us in WC 2.614 and Show Attributes 1.42.

To clarify further, this is the issue: Simple products show their attributes in the cart. Variable product attributes (not used for variations) do not display in our cart. Weight/Dimensions display in the cart if selected in options.

Hello again, Is there anything I can do to help nail down this error with variant attributes not displaying in the cart for us? As I mentioned, I can duplicate this in multiple themes, including Storefront and Twenty Seventeen.

The attributes display on the product page, but that is it. I am not seeing them on cart or checkout.

I can opt to show product weights on cart and checkout, so I have some assurance that the plugin is indeed active and working. Just not attributes.

Any help would be appreciated. It’s the one plugin preventing us from going live to 3.0+.

The older version of the plugin works fine for us in WC 2.6.

    Thank you,

I have noticed that this lack of attribute visibility is only applying to variable products. I can see simple product attributes in the cart.

There are a lot of plugins on my site, but I’ve tested with a “bare minimum” setup.

Issue is present (no attributes showing in cart) with either Storefront or Twenty Seventeen and the following plugins:

    ACF Pro
    TinyMCE Advanced
    WooCommerce
    WooCommerce Show Attributes
    WooCommerce Table Rate Shipping
    Yoast SEO Premium

I can reproduce the issue in the Twenty Seventeen theme. I see attributes under cross-sells, i.e. “you might be interested in”, but not in the cart itself.

I am having the same issue. I am using the latest version of woo commerce (3.03) and show attributes. Also using the default cart template, no override.

No attributes are being displayed in the cart. They -are- being shown on the single-product page.
