Hi Rafaelzrt,
I had not progressed with this since you had previously solved your own issue, i have had a look into this and can see that this user role plugin and it seems you can import this by enabling the role field, setting this to the main user role.
Then under the custom fields section, add a new custom field “wp_capabilities” , with the field type “serialized”, under the serialized values add a row per user role setting the key to the role name (e.g. subscriber or contributor) and the value of 1
Once imported this should show as the secondary roles.

Hi Rafaelzrt,
The “Update records only when data has changed” toggle if enabled compares the data from the previous import via the csv/xml file for that record against that of the current file, and if it matches then it skips the record, if it is skipped it will say that it is skipped in the logs.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, To get an idea of your setup can you please export and attach your importer settings (via pastebin or something similar: https://pastebin.com/) to this ticket by going to Tools > Import WP > Settings / Tools > Import / Export and select and export your importer as a JSON file.

Thank you for all the help so far, sorry it has taken me so long to get back as i wanted to make sure i was not in my head.
This issue originally happened on a live site, and i then brought that site locally and was able to replicate it, then removing all barriers, i made a test site with just default wordpress theme, woocommerce, and woocommerce stripe, and that is where we are at.
I have just had 4 other people try this and they get the same issue as i have, which has confirmed it for me that this is an issue.

}And the only thing i have done prior to the linked video is login, follow the wc setup, and connect stype to a sandbox.
I had to set the site to live, to allow my to login and visit the checkout as a guest.

Sorry the way i worded my original question may have confused a little.
Guest checkout is disabled (not enabled , So the user has to create an account during the checkout process ).
- Create user account on checkout form and submit the checkout.
- Submit a 3ds test card on stripe and fail the authentication.
- User is returned to checkout, with a failed payment message.
- On next try of payment it says the cart is cleared (because the user is now logged in as the account that was created on the checkout and there cart is emptied because of this).
I have this working on a live site and sandbox.
