We have WooCommerce 4.1.1 check payments and Paypal.

This issue is not fixed. Same problem in Version 3.0.11.1. We upgraded the database and still have the problem. “Start quiz failed!”

Same problem here! We updated to the latest Learnpress 3.0.11.1 yesterday. Our table settings match what you added. Desperately waiting on reply from Thimpress/Learnpress.
