In reply to: [Plugin: Fast and Secure Contact Form] Captcha image not showing upOk, I changed the file permissions of the wp-content folder for both of my sites and everything appears to be fixed. I am marking this issue resolved. Thanks Mike for your help and the great plug-ins that you have made available to us!

In reply to: [Plugin: Fast and Secure Contact Form] Captcha image not showing upI think I may have figured it out. It hit me that it mentioned the directory “wp-content” was writable by group. I checked the file permissions of the wp-content folder and found that it was set to 777. I set it to 755 and now it works. Is this the correct setting for this folder?

In reply to: [Plugin: Fast and Secure Contact Form] Captcha image not showing upOk, I’ll take one site at a time and hopefully what fixes one will fix the other. The ifbc site, I went to my control; panel and looked at my error log. This is what it says when after I have clicked on the speaker icon to read the image: SoftException in Application.cpp:601: Directory “/—-/—-/——_—-/—/wp-content” is writeable by group, referer: http://www.ifbc.wsof.org/contact-us/.
I put in the dashes myself to hide the info. I am unfamiliar with the mod rewrite rule, is it possible to modify it to correct this problem and if so where would I access it? I checked my WordPress url and blog address url and they are the same. I also set the permalinks back to the default setting and still get the same results. One note of interest, If I type in this address,
http://www.ifbc.wsof.org/wp-content/plugins/si-contact-form/readme.txt
it works. But if you try to access anything in the captcha image folder it gives you the file not found as you have pointed out. This directory is there but why would it act like it isn’t?

In reply to: [Plugin: Audio Player] IE7 crashes after mp3 file is fully downloadedI guess I need to clarify my problem. I am running the latest version of Audio Player on our churches website. This problem only happens in IE7. I checked it under Firefox and it runs perfectly. When you go to listen to an audio file it does play, but when the file is completely loaded, IE7 freezes and gives the above mentioned error that it encountered a problem with an addon and that addon is the Flash10d.ocx addon. I tried to go back and use an earlier version of Audio Player but still get the same results. I am wondering if there is a conflict in the Audio Player with the latest version of the flash player or could it be my mp3 files. As far as I know I have all my settings right. If you could help me trouble shoot this I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

In reply to: [Plugin: Audio Player] IE7 crashes after mp3 file is fully downloadedCould someone please help me. I have people complaining that IE7 freezes when the audio file is fully downloaded during playback. I have noticed that the problem is not showing up in Firefox so I assume this is an issue with IE7 but I don’t know what. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
