This is indeed the doing of my theme, I’ve found where this cover image is being added, so I’ll be using a child theme to change this behavior. Thanks for your quick response!!
I believe this part of how the event page is rendered may be controlled by my theme, I’m going to dig a little deeper, but if anyone has other thoughts please let me know.

It would be helpful if there were better release notes for theme updates; if I wasn’t at least somewhat savvy I would not have been able to determine the cause. If there were release notes that outlined changes that would at least be helpful in isolating the cause of this, and determining what changes I might need to make. Your change-log only shows the last major update (9.0.0) I expect for the premium version only, and doesn’t provide specific details on what the changes entail and how it might impact customizations. If there’s another resource for determining changes for each release please point me in that direction; I’m working with a new client and choosing an appropriate theme is always a challenge, and the lack of discoverability for changes will have me consider using a different theme.

Update: I did a network deactivation, which left the plug-in active on the primary site and it began working again. I did some additional troubleshooting, and here is how to repro the error:
- Network Deactivate WPForms
- Activate WPForms directly from a single website (not network admin).
- Return to network admin, perform a network activate.
Results: Plugin fails on initial website.
Note: Network activation without a prior site activation works as expected.

+1 on this issue, encountered the same with all PDF file uploads and PHP 8.1. No entry in live traffic log, reverting to php 7.4 fixed the issue. I am running multi-site, and this does NOT occur when logged in as super-admin (perhaps those permissions allow all actions from WF).

As a WordPress newbie, I didn’t realize there are two areas to specify menus; customize > menus, and appearance > menus on the dashboard. I found the correct location to apply these restrictions from the dashboard.
