Hello Jules, and sorry for stepping in, I had the same issue as ‘Bawse1010’. Please check my test page with your Conditional Field plugin at:

There, inside the CF7 form, at line 5 from top to bottom, there is a question (in Spanish):
¿Ha presentado este examen con anterioridad? (requerido):
CheckBox [SI] CheckBox [NO]

If you check [SI] there should appear an additional question, but does not show automatically, unless you refresh the page manually.
