3.2.2 did the same thing as 3.2.1 .. This upgrade still removes the Choose a Username Field from registration form. I updated through the update now link in the WordPress Plugin interface… Stuck at Version 3.1.9.3 until it can get resolved

3.2.1 Removes the “Choose a Username” Field from the registration form. I’ve tested and it doesn’t appear to be a theme or other plugin conflict. When I roll back to 3.1.9 the field “reappears”

Can someone please help me? My footer is off and I’m not sure which file to edit,or what the incorrect code is. To my knowledge I haven’t edited it.
