We opted for an alternative on this site but may look at yours again, it sure has a lot of installations so must be pretty perfect.

Unfortunately, I can’t access anything via WP Admin, including themes.
However, I will be able to get somewhere with the FTP with a little help from a friend. I was hoping there was a way of getting a second email so I could do that myself.
