Hi Lídia,
Thank you for your response. I hadn’t seen the email you sent me, I apologize for that. I have just replied with the necessary details. Thank you very much.
Hi,
Thank you for your reply. Yesterday I sent the email to [email protected] as instructed. How long does it take to process the email? Thank you.

Hi Trustindex team,
Thank you for your prompt response.
Yes, I manually ran the SQL command provided in the error message, and it successfully created the table in the database. This confirms that the user has the necessary permissions to create tables.
However, despite this, the plugin still fails to activate and throws the same error regarding the creation of database tables. As mentioned earlier, this issue is only occurring on one specific site. Other sites on the same server, with identical configurations, have the plugin installed and working without any issues.
Could there be another reason why the plugin isn’t recognizing the table after it’s created? I would appreciate any further guidance you can provide to help resolve this issue.
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce Translation Issue to FrenchHi @omarfpg ,
Thank you for your response.
I understand that WooCommerce translations are community-driven. However, I would like to clarify that the French translation for WooCommerce is more than 99% complete, so it’s unlikely that this issue is due to missing translations.
To further clarify, the translation problem specifically arises with the new WooCommerce blocks. Before the introduction of blocks, the translations worked perfectly with shortcodes. This suggests that the issue might be related to how translations are handled with the blocks.
Here is a summary of what I have already done:
- Changed the theme to Twenty Twenty-Four: The issue persisted.
- Deactivated all plugins except WooCommerce: The problem remained the same.
- Verified that the French translation is up-to-date: This is confirmed.
I appreciate the suggestion to use the “Say What?” plugin, but this seems more like a workaround rather than addressing the root cause. I would respectfully request that the support team delve deeper into this issue to identify and resolve the underlying problem.
Could you please escalate this issue to someone who can investigate the core cause? I am documenting this problem as precisely as possible and would appreciate a thorough review.
Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce Translation Issue to FrenchHi @carolm29 ,
Thank you for your response and for checking the staging site.
I have already performed the conflict test as you suggested:
- I changed the theme to Twenty Twenty-Four, and the issue persisted.
- I deactivated all plugins except for WooCommerce, and the problem remained the same.
Despite these tests, the translation issue persists on the front-end.
Could you please advise on the next steps to resolve this?
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce Translation Issue to FrenchHi @shameemreza ,
Thank you for your response.
Yes, I have downloaded and updated the language pack in Dashboard > Updates as shown in the screenshot I shared earlier. => https://snipboard.io/k2VuAj.jpg
Additionally, as you can see in the other screenshot, I am indeed using blocks and not shortcodes for the cart and checkout pages. => https://snipboard.io/s5vTkc.jpg
Looking forward to your further guidance.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WooCommerce Translation Issue to FrenchHi there, @carolm29
Thank you for your response. I appreciate your help.
I have verified that the French translation is up-to-date.
Please find the screenshots below:
Settings > General page: https://snipboard.io/k2VuAj.jpg
Additionally, to clarify the issue, I’ve included screenshots of the WooCommerce Cart page both in the admin area and the front-end. In the admin area, the page displays correctly in French, but on the front-end, it appears in English:
WooCommerce Cart page in admin (french) / front-end (english): https://snipboard.io/s5vTkc.jpg
Regarding the error message when accessing the site, please note that this is a staging site for testing and does not have security certificates installed. You may see a warning message, but it is safe to proceed by clicking “Advanced” and then “Proceed to site”. Here is the link to the site: http://staging.latinoshop.fr/boutique/
Thank you again for your assistance, and I look forward to your reply.
