    That is precisely the problem. The boxes are NOT checked

    and the widget is still there:

    I’m not sure shortening the timeout is the best move forward. The call should not be happening, and if it is, it should not be failing.

    Thanks Joshua. We did that and completely reinstalled WF. The scan finally completed.
