I’ve added that function but it didn’t do anything. Also, if I have this right: the function just gives them an error message?
I have a ticket open with them after opening this on and they are useless. Your team have added it to a ticket that is 4 1/2 years old…

Yes e sure do. We disabled it as per the instructions on the link but then when the problem happened again we enabled it again…
It was a plugin conflict and is now fixed.
