I’m having the same problem, at least when in the store sales section of the site I cannot send order dispateched emails etc. a pop up states: COULDN’T SEND TRACKING EMAIL. PLEASE TRY AGAIN.

I’ve just updated to 3.9.1 wordpress is version 4.1.1

I know this thread went stale 5 months ago but I was wondering if anyone had found a solution or is suffering the same now.

Am having someone make some test transactions now to see if they receive emails upon purchase…

any help greatly appreciated! ! !

I’m having the exact same problem – fairly often (more often than I would like…) customers don’t receive notification emails and as a result orders aren’t processed.

We also use the Cardsave re-direct in wp-e-commerce. I have spoken to Cardsave in the past and they’ve always been super helpful with other problems, however I wasn’t 100% sure that the Cardsave re-direct was the problem this time…

If anyone else finds a solution I’d love to know it!

Perhaps speaking with the team at Cardsave may help??
