If you are referring to the reply-to on the email received by the person submitting the form, you can add it under Email and Actions, User Email Confirmation, find the “REPLY TO” field.
Thank you favoriteswan. I purchased the Pro version. I just wanted to be sure the option was available before i bought it.
This problem was not related to the plugin.
I also re-installed maintenance mode. Activated it. Deactivated it. Tried to change the maintenance message. No changes in the maintenance page text. Also switched my theme to Twenty Fourteen. No change.
