Deactivating the plugin and reactivating worked. I added the reviews to the bottom of a webpage and they display properly.
I will give it about 24 hours to see if it starts displaying stars in google search results. Thanks
I am having the same problem.
When I click “retrieve reviews” it says:
Retrieving Facebook reviews from your (business name) and saving them to your WordPress database…
– –
Total downloaded so far: 3
Finished!
However, when I go to review list, it says “No reviews found. Please visit the Get FB Reviews page to retrieve reviews from Facebook, or manually add one.”
I also went to “inspect” and “console” and it said:
“JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1 load-scripts.php?c=0&load[chunk_0]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils&ver=5.4:8”
