I have the same problem. I had to deactivate this plug-in in order to see my plugins page at all.
Anyone else have this problem, and more importantly, know of a fix?
This was resolved. I completely deleted all the file (saving a copy of wp-config.php, of course) and uploaded a nice fresh set of WordPress 2.3.2 files… and everything worked.
It pays to follow instructions (i.e., when the upgrade instructions say “delete all old files” you best listen!).
