Sorry, I should have mentioned that you can view the discrepancy yourself:
If you hover over the Services menu, you can see the difference between xLarge 30px on the Services menu and xSmall 16px on the submenu. If you compare that with the About menu, you can see the xLarge 30px on the About menu and Small 18px on the sub-menu; the sub-menu text appears larger, even though the settings show it as 18px compared to 30px.
On the mobile, the Services menu looks OK, but the xSmall 16px submenu choices are too small to read comfortably. The About menu and its submenu look to be the same size, despite being set to 30 px and 18 px.
