UPDATE
Mr. Sagar and team have been phenomenal in helping me try to solve the conflicts we’ve encountered between their plugin and some others already in use on my site. Unfortunately there was no resolution other than to disable other plugins — which is a shame because the previous version of RD Hover worked well for me. Hopefully this interchange will help RD Hover’s developers pinpoint conflicts and make future releases even stronger.
If I could, I would raise my review to at least 3 stars based upon support for the plugin alone. Unfortunately, the review is considered, “…too old…” (according to the BB error message when I try to update my rating) to edit.
Looking forward to trying future releases.

I’ve just emailed you at the [email protected] address you provided looking for additional support. Hoping we can solve this issue so I can adjust my rating for you!
After a delete and fresh install, I still can not access the add new option/editor screen. In my email, I’ve included screen shots to show you what I’m seeing.
With an experienced web dev team here, all red flags are pointing to the plugin and not site settings (particularly since it only stopped working after the update). Looking forward to discussing solutions with you.
