In reply to: [DSGVO All in one for WP] Banner in Admin doesn’t go awayI found the X, though the X itself does not appear. After a lot of hits and misses I located it, the font family is being disabled in the load-styles.php file on Line 10.
I am sincerely hoping that it isn’t an Elementor conflict (the common thread for all websites with the problem).
If I find out the plugin that is hiding the X, I will let you know.

This is not a single website thing, any client website where I have installed the plugin suffers the same problem, and none have the X.
