The only way to perform letter by letter animations is to wrap each letter in a jellybox like I’ve done with word examples on my sample page.
It’s a shortcode so you just use it on any page.

Alignment of these things is affected by different theme stylesheets. If you cut the code straight out of my site then you would need to adjust the DIV margins to account for the line spacing and font sizes used on your site. You may also need to change the jellybox width and height to account for the default margins applied by your themes stylesheet.
