In reply to: [My Calendar - Accessible Event Manager] Events not PublishingThe 3.7.11 version is not allowing adding of events. It says that the event was added but, it does not appear on the calendar and when going back into the list it shows – private event invalid!
I restored back 3.7.10 and no such problem exists!
Thank you!
Hi – I tried the latest version of the plugin 5.1.4 and the fix that was applied for me is still not in the latest version. I am getting nervous that the fix will never get in your releases and I will not be able to update at all in the future! Can you tell me when I can expect it to be put in your release????
I installed the latest version 5.1.1 and thought that the fix that you sent in the zip file would be included. However, when I tested with the new version, the problem occurs again. I had to restore back to the zip file version! Was the fix not in the latest release?
I have installed the fix and now the problem is solved!
Thank you for your outstanding customer support, Amrit!
Hello Amrit,
I created a staging site and used a different theme (Twenty Twenty Five) and saw that there was NO problem with the page! That is, the My Account page shows with the top menu bar – as it should! I am using the “Creativo” theme and went into the theme to see if I could see a setting that might cause the problem. But I do not see anything unusual.
In the meantime, I changed my Login page to execute the shortcode [user_registration_login] which bypasses the My Account page and allows the user to see the menu bar and use the site to it’s fullest. Prior to this URM update the login page executed the shortcode [user_registration_my_account] which displayed the My Account page after successfully logging into the system. So, technically now my users cannot see the My Account page at all!
So, with that being said what do I do now to fix this problem? Is there anything you could tell me to check in the theme or do I have to report this to Creativo?
Thank You!

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Gmail addresses not receiving contact formIn doing research about this problem might it be smart to look into using a SMTP plugin to send the email? If so, I’ve read about “Easy WP SMTP” and “WP Mail SMTP”. Do you have any experience with these plugins (or others) and whether they actually work?

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Gmail addresses not receiving contact formTakayuki – Thank you for your response.
The website name is http://www.rmchoa.com. The home page is open to the public. However, a website registration is required to access any of the other pages in the top ribbon by logging in. Once logged in, the user can access the rest of the functionality including pressing “contact” to access the Contact Form 7 contact forms. Incidentally, I did a test yesterday and was able to see the contact form in my gmail account but it took about 12 hours to appear in my Gmail! As stated in the original post – on other previous tests the users and myself did not receive the gmail message at all. When I use my NON Gmail account – I always receive the message! Very puzzling!
G – Thank you for your response. I will ask Bluehost support to check if DNS can see Gmail as you suggested.
Thank you, Amrit!
Thank you epaslv. I’ve been using this plug in for over a year running 7.3 and I’m very happy with it.
