How can I submit the form without agreeing to pay 39 euros for any “missing” information? I do not agree, and if that is the condition, please refund 39 euros I paid two weeks ago and we’ll be done.

They did not request access, we offered it; they simply responded to our previous messages. I took your advice in hand and I discussed the situation with my developer, and ultimately we decided to give them access. The result, they were finally able to come through with help for us and our site is now working. I do not believe Averta was acting at all disingenuous and should not be punished for this action.

In reply to: [Master Slider - Responsive Touch Slider] New slides not loadingI just noticed that if you right click the thumbnail, I get a broken URL: https://www.europeancabinets.com/wp-content/uploads/www.europeancabinets.com/2016/12/Florita-casali-glass-door.jpg Note the second instance of http://www.europeancabinets.com… not sure why that is appearing in the URLs, and seems like it must be part of the problem.
Ideas?

In reply to: [Master Slider - Responsive Touch Slider] New slides not loadingSo we have now completed all our updates and we are still having the same problem. I have tried to load a new slide on this page, it’s the last one: https://www.europeancabinets.com/doors/glass/casali/
You’ll see that the thumbnail looks like it’s broken, and the slider image just has a permanent spinning wheel on a white background.
Ideas?
