I just installed this plug-in today and am having a similar issue with Chrome. The favicon shows on the backend in Chrome, but not on the front it. It shoes in both the back and front end in Firefox and Explorer. Any suggestions on how to get the favicon to show in Chrome’s front end?
My site is jeriwb.com and I use the WordPress Twenty Eleven theme.

I activated the plug-in again a couple of days ago. Before I had not noticed the message at the top of the screen about the current URL in conjunction about updating settings at the bottom of the page. It’s now working! Thanks for this great plug-in.
