I was using WP Minify, and I did deactivate the plugin. However, what I did not do was empty my caching plugin, WP SuperCache. When I deactivated minify, then emptied the cache, all was well in the world. Thanks very much for you help. I can feel my blood pressure dropping as I type this.

In reply to: [Add From Server] editor issue after installAre you by chance using wordpress 3.5.1? I had a similar issue, but it turned out that I had installed the 5G Blacklist in my .htaccess file. There are a couple of pieces of that file that break jquery in 3.5.1. I could type titles, but couldn’t even click in the post box to write anything. It was like my install locked up.
Here is the official support issue. It is under “Known Issues”. They also tell you how to fix it.

In reply to: [Get Post] theme shortcodes stop working with get-post pluginYup, same problem. Works just fine on its own, but when I add another shortcode to the page the get-post shortcode still works but the other one does not.
