Now,seem that its not working out. My urgent need is is there any solution now for me to log in my blog to deactivate the plugin?

I need your help urgently.
I have installed alpha omega plugins and i choose to have captcha while i log in too.
The problem is the captcha never show no matter how many time i refreshed it. So now i can’t even able to log in to my blog.
