Thanks for helping. I have created this folder structure and still not getting the attachment. When. uploading an image, I see the following error.

I have /uploads/wpcf7_uploads/ which has permission level 755.

Should I created the above folder structure?

Thanks. I have included you in the cc. I have tried various sizes from 8KB to 2.5MB
