How can i use the CSS code to change the title of the comment block? Sorry I’m not an IT worker, I don’t know how to use the code to change the title that leads to user comments above the comments.

After i add the comments block by Gutenberg Editor, it can work.
But why the comment plugin style can’t work? i use a plugin wpDiscuz to impove our comment and the style.
