Hi,
Thank you for letting me know.
I have looked into it, and just released an update which makes it better in some cases, but unfortunately doesn’t work for all cases. This looks to be a breaking change to the Spotify embed used on the free version. Sadly, I will likely have to close the free version down.
The Pro version still works fine if you need this resolved fast.
I will let you know if I find a fix, but I doubt it’s possible given the cookie blocking of audio that requires a users input in order to work.
Kind regards,

Hi Fauzan, I would appreciate an update here please.
Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Dynamic Conditions] Plugin not working@jejonesjnr I got in contact with Elementor and after going up a few support levels, they said:
“please keep in mind that it is related to a known issue. Our developers are aware of this and are working on it. A full report has been created and the priority of this task has been set high. This means it is already in the process of resolving this issue and therefore the fix should be available in 3.27.3 version.Although we are unable to provide a definite ETA, you can keep an eye on our changelog to know when this is fixed: Changelog of Elementor
We are doing our best to have a stable and well-tested product as much as possible. Glitches like this simply happen and we are terribly sorry for this and for any inconvenience you may have because of this.”
Hopefully we’ll get a fix soon!Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Dynamic Conditions] Plugin not workingAh, ok. Thanks for looking into it. Yes, it sounds like an Elementor issue. I will get in touch with them.

In reply to: [Dynamic Conditions] Plugin not working@crazypsycho thanks for checking.
I did some testing on a fresh WP install with only the following plugins:
Advanced Custom Fields PRO
Version: 6.3.12
Author: WP EngineDynamicConditions
Version: 1.7.4
Author: RTO GmbH
Elementor
Version: 3.27.3
Author: Elementor.com
Elementor Pro
Version: 3.27.2
Author: Elementor.comThe issue only occurs when using ACF fields as the dynamic tags.
The specific ACF field type I tested on was a true/false field. I also tested a text field, and it worked fine, so it only seems to be an issue with the true/false field as far as I know.- This reply was modified 1 year, 3 months ago by Jesse Sugden.

In reply to: [Dynamic Conditions] Plugin not workingYes, it all works fine in the Elementor editor. The problem I’m seeing is that the conditions are not working on the front end. We have many conditions on our site to only display elements when conditions are met. None of the elements are showing anymore, under any condition.

In reply to: [Dynamic Conditions] Plugin not workingI also have this issue with Elementor (3.27.3) and Elementor Pro – 3.27.2.
Rolling back to 3.27.1 helped.Hi Fauzan,
Thank you for checking, however this needs to be tested in the checkout, not via wp-admin. It should also possibly be tested with the Square plugin on.
I am unable to open a support ticket on your support forum, as the plugin was originally purchased by an agency we were working with, and they won’t provide login details to the account. I do have a licence key though if that helps. However since this issue relates to the free version, I assume we can continue here?
I was slightly incorrect in my previous description. When the payment fails, the store credit does get reimbursed and removed from the order (this is only reflected on the backend, not on visually on checkout, where none of the values are updated after the ajax call), and if the order is then successfully paid, the store credit is not applied. But if after the failed payment, the user tries to add the store credit again (within the same checkout), and then pays successfully, the credit does not get removed from their account.
Here is a loom I have made where you can see what I am talking about: https://www.loom.com/share/cefc75d9b88941229801a46437e54135
You can see here that I only have 3 plugins active and a WordPress default theme active. I only have the free version of your plugin active here.
FYI I am using the Square testing payment gateway with card numbers that will simulate failed and successful payments.
After the successful payment, you can see that the credit has been applied as a discount to the order, but after adding a product to the cart and going to checkout again, the store credit is still available on the customer account, and it can be added to a new order. A customer could potentially indefinitely apply the same credits to orders without them ever being removed from their account.

Thanks so much for the review! It really helps.
Awesome! No problem
Thank you for catching that and documenting the shortcodes used! It was due to something accidentally not removed after testing.
Fixed in latest update. Thanks for confirming the RSS URL.
After testing I do see that this shortcode attribute has stopped working after a recent update.
I’ve just released a fix. After updating to the latest version, it should be working for you.
I appreciate you getting in touch to alert me about the problem.Hi,
Thanks for the message.
It looks like the RSS URL might not be correct, as there are no episodes being output in the episode index.
Could you please check that you are using the correct URL? You can find info on how to get it here.
Also please send me your RSS URL if you are still having issues.
Thanks 🙂Great to hear!
Thank you for informing me of the plugin causing the issue. Helps to know.No worries!
Ok, I can see that something is changing the iframe source of the player to a data image URI. Could you please disable all caching plugins and see if this helps? If it does help, it looks like it might be caused by an iframe lazyloading setting in a caching plugin.
