Thanks for answering both questions so promtly.
1- Post Injection: The problem that I have is that if a Enable a post injection and I select all the categories of the blog, by default the plugin inserts the AD to ALL the posts, not just the filtered one. I hope I could explain myself properly:)
How much would it cost to pay you to add this tweak on a blog?
