After I stopped worrying about the trying to find a hack I had remembered that I had a backup of the original theme. So I removed the infected one and uploaded a fresh copy of it that I had built. Then I looked through the recommended security measures then tightened things up within the hosting account and in wordpress. I appreciate you understanding and information.
