Thanks for answering. I found that it was a plugin called “Classic Editor” that caused the problems, I had.
I have now deactivated the “Classic Editor” plugin, and the “Search Exclude” plugin works perfectly again.

Thanks 🙋‍♂️ If others run into the same issues, I found that the correct shortcode for my icon was: <i class=”x-icon-font1842999955-select2-fc”></i>

Thanks! It worked perfectly to delete the plugin and re-install it.

When I try to install the file I’m getting this:

Destination folder already exists. //wp-content/plugins/zendesk-request-form/

Plugin install failed.
```
