I just purchased the pro version and am still haveing the same problem. Even though I add the page breaks it still seems like there is a limit on the amount of fields the admin panel can hold, cause once i can to a certain point I can keep adding the field, but when I click save and scroll down to them the fields past the limit do not save what is typed in them.
The reason I’m need to make such long forms is because I have insurance forms and that I’m trying to convert from pdfs to html forms that will email the data. Here is an example pdf

Actually I just counted I’m at about 150 fields
Ok thank you. Does there happen to be a way to create more than 3 columns or more than 3 fields on the same line?
