Ok i get it now, these are NOT currently in effect! It’s some kind of log. I think you should somewhat clarify this in the page then. Thank you for your prompt support.

There they are.I changed the value and i also set “verified google crawlers have unlimited access” (it was a google crawler) but the throttling rule is still there after three days. I have a 2 hour blocking at most.

Can i directly modify the DB?
This plugin has nothing to do with registrations. Only comments.
