In reply to: 403 error when trying to delete a menuOh ok. Well that would be HostGator. I ended up finding the menu in the database and deleting it from there. I just need to find out how to keep this from happening again in the future so that the designer (who doesn’t have database access) can update the site. I’ll see if HostGator can help. Thanks!

In reply to: 403 error when trying to delete a menuYeah. I have all the folders set to 755 and the files are set to 644. I guess I haven’t tried finding the menu in the database and just deleting it that way. I don’t really know what else I can do with this.

In reply to: 403 error when trying to delete a menuI have all ownership issues. I am hosting this WordPress blog for a client and the designer on my team is having trouble deleting the menu so I posted this topic for him. I created this WordPress site like I have created all the other ones, with the same permissions and everything. I don’t understand why this one is acting up.

In reply to: 403 error when trying to delete a menuI tried deactivating all the plugins as I mentioned in the original post. I just tried switching to the default theme and the menu still didn’t delete. I just tried resetting the plugins folder as well and still get the error. I even tried deactivating all the plugins and changing the theme to delete the menu and still get the forbidden error. Do you know what I can add to the htaccess file to allow this to get deleted?

In reply to: [Original Image Handler] Used image sizes not an array errorOh that’s perfect. I used the resize function on one image that was showing up red, but now the thumbnail is gone from the media library. Do you know what I can do to get that back?

In reply to: [Original Image Handler] image has failed to upload due to an errorAfter searching for that error message, it looks like it is just a WordPress error message. I figured this one out, thanks.
