It looks like the shortcode is actually “[Display_Donate]”
That fixed it for me.
I’m also having this same issue. shortcode [Display Donate] is text instead of displaying the form. also on 4.4.x

thanks so much for the reply. I tried unlinking and re-linking and unfortunately, am getting the same issue still.
As I’m looking closer, it might be a theme issue. Is there a shortcode I can use for this plugin? Thanks.
The reason for this appears to be some extra whitespace after the closing PHP tag in wpwidgetgallery.php.
