I have attached a video of how the header looks on the site, with a black box at the top:

I have also attached the error i am getting when i try to export the template header:

– the header seems to be saved in ‘templates’ as opposed to the ‘header and footer’ section shown in the video you had linked. Is this likely to be the issue?

The issue isn’t resolved as of yet –
The theme is VLThemes ‘leedo theme’
When I go to export the header I get ‘template is empty’? even though when I go to edit there is clearly content there. Any idea why?- This reply was modified 1 year, 9 months ago by Yui. Reason: -link
