Hi thanks for your quick response.
looks like i must have missed that setting option…oops i’ve now changed it to ‘complete’
anyway still a discrepancy though because the setting was set to ‘no’ do not change the order status however whenever you book a shipment via the plugin it definitely did change the status to pending payment.
