Didn’t figure it out but I did get the hosting organisation to back up my files. So it’s restored to 3 weeks previous.
Still like to know the answer if anyone knows,

I tried what was suggsted on the video. Both of the options didn’t work… I guess that means it has nothing to do with the plugins, unless they can alter different parts of the database?
I just don’t understand what can make the website completely blank.
I’m a bit worried about replacing all of the files wordpress files but that looks like my only option. What does anyone think?
